The CRO has also announced an extension to the filing deadline for companies with an Annual Return Date falling on 30 September 2020 or later. These companies will be deemed to have filed on time if all elements of the annual return are completed and filed by 26 February 2021. 

The CRO also released an announced last month regarding the implementation of its digital transformation project go-live. It has advised that it has decided to postpone the implementation until December after the key peak periods have passed.
